I’ve spent the last two decades leading in high-pressure, high-performance environments — most recently as CEO of an award-winning digital agency.
On paper, I was “successful.”
In reality, I was burned out, disconnected from joy, and stuck in a cycle of doing more just to prove I could.
So I made the boldest move of my life:
I walked away.
Today, I’m the founder of SheHandlesIt — a coaching and speaking platform built to help people get clear, get unstuck, and get moving toward lives that finally feel like their own.
Through one-on-one clarity coaching, group experiences, workshops, and powerful conversations, I help individuals break the cycle of overwhelm, reconnect with who they are, and build lives they don’t feel the need to escape from.
I don’t believe in hustle for hustle’s sake.
I don’t believe in “having it all” if it costs you your peace.
And I don’t believe in pretending everything’s fine when it’s not.
